  4. Complete Necessary Documentation: ForSaleByOwner.ca provides assistance with all required forms for REALTOR.ca listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations.
  5. Show Your Home: Once your listing is live, it will be visible on multiple platforms, including REALTOR.ca and social media channels, maximizing exposure to potential buyers.
  6. Receive Offers: ForSaleByOwner.ca supplies standardized sales contracts tailored to each province. You can choose to have offers submitted directly to you or to your legal representative.
  7. Close the Deal: Engage a real estate lawyer or notary to handle the closing process, ensuring all legal aspects of the sale are properly managed.
